Here Comes the Bride...Part 2

Just thought I would do a quick, part 2, to the wedding planning post I did on Tuesday this week.

Because...

It is 1:52 am and I am awake.

Not sure. Might have something to do with the consumption of these...

with this girlie friend...

at 5:00 PM yesterday afternoon.

But, it was worth every last creamy, cold drop.

Friday. Five o'clock. Frappuccino. Friends. Fabulous.
(Hey girlie, can we make this a thing...?)

Oh yeah...onto the post about the wedding planning trip.

Elise and I had a great day and found almost everything we needed. And, got all excited over fun things like fabric and how cool the colors were.

We ate at Old Chicago and it was oh so good.

We both ordered a Mediterranean Salad, Buffalo Wings, and Cheesy Bread to share.

The Mediterranean Salad was my favorite part. But anything tastes better when it's served on a cute little plate.

Both Elise and I loaded the table with our notebooks/lists and started taking notes, crossing off what we had purchased and writing down new ideas and such. I think the waitress was a little baffled at our mess.

After lunch we headed over to a department store...

Umm...yes. That does say "The Thrift Department Store." Maybe that makes people feel better about buying other people's stuff, not sure. We found a few items we needed there but I'll be honest, I think I like good ol' Salvation Army in Aberdeen just as well. Maybe even better.

Hobby Lobby was our best friend on this trip and then the fabric section at WalMart made us happy too.

Once we got home, we laid all our wedding supplies on the dining room table. It kind of helped seeing it all in one place.

Now the work begins. Can't wait to see how this all turns out.

Oh...and we picked up The Dress...no pictures allowed, of course.

Good Morning, Robin,
It looks like you two had a great trip and accomplished a lot in Sioux Falls. Isn't Hobby Lobby the best?! I could spend hours there! Now...is there anything else you might need? I am trying to de-stash here, and would love to share!

Enjoy the weekend. ~Natalie

p.s. I hope you are getting some sleep...
