Just a few things...

The snow came and the holiday planning list came out. There is something about this windy, cold day that made me think I better "get thou prepared." And even more so since I will actually have family around for Thanksgiving. As of now, my sister Christine and her husband are coming and possibly my other sister Natalie and her husband. It makes the planning process so much more fun when it will be a big event.

Speaking of planning....if your mind is thinking, like mine, of the many wonderful crafts you could make for this holiday season, I would not want you to miss out on these....tampon crafts. Yes, you read correctly. Someone has put an awful lot of time into crafting with tampons so the least we can do is take a look. Go to http://www.tamponcrafts.com/. And tell them Robin sent you.

I also did a few changes to my blog today. I made a list of links to other blogs I read, just in case someone reading my blog isn't already aware of the many other wonderful blogs out there. And, unbeknownst ( I really like that word) to me, I can add a follower list to my blog as well. I am not really sure how it works, but my daughter Elise was already a follower so I thought I would add the list to the sidebar. I think the idea is to have those reading your blog, become a follower and then they add their name and picture. But, I haven't figured out how you add your name. As soon as I know, I'll let you know.

Really, though, let's just all be followers of Christ. It is the only safe place to be. I love you all.

OK-seriously? This morning I was listening to this sort of dramatic modern-day interpretive monlogue about the woman who was brought to Jesus, caught in adultry. Another blogger sent me the link. They actually re-worded a certain scripture: Our own righteousness is as a used tampon.

Hahhahahahahhhahahha! What the heck?
