In honor of all ripening tomatoes in my garden and to my sister-in-love, Jeanie.
Yesterday I made lunch for a friend. I threw together some chicken salad that was so good. Here is what I used:
Leftover chicken - cut up
celery
onion
S&P
Tony's seasoning
Craisins
Toasted almonds
Mayo
Durkees
Mixed it all together and served it with lettuce and tomato (bought from a corner stand) on a croissant. As Rachel Ray would say- "Yummo!"
